Not dog friendly. This was not an issue for our visit as the boys stayed in the car.
It took 30-40 minutes to go around.
On the ground floor so wheelchair friendly. £6 per adult. Worth a visit.
The Jim Clark Museum is a must for motorsport fans. It is a credit to the people who manage the museum. Jim Clark was a true hero and a better role model you would be hard pushed to find. From the cars to the trophies and the movie screen, it was a pleasure to be able to take in all that history from Scotlands Formula 1 Champion!
A fitting tribute to the legend Jim Clark. I would highly recommend a guided tour, as the staff here are so passionate and knowledgeable, and it's truly commendable.
There is such an array of memorabilia, and each piece is carefully and tastefully displayed.
There is also items for sale, and it's a knowledgeable place for educational visits.
The vehicles displayed are spectacular and make the trip very worthwhile
There is a choice of ramp or steps at the entrance with onsite clean bathroom facilities.
We visited in a large group and found plenty of on street parking.
The Jim Clark Bistro is less than a 5 min walk away.
We hope to visit again soon.
Really good museum! Amazing what this man achieved before his death a must for racing fans. Be warned though it won't take long as it's a bit small but full to the brim and the display cars are awesome.
Very accessible and up to date with sliding screens for info in the trophy room. Yes it's small but it's perfect. Great gift shop and well laid out. A great example of what you can do with limited space. The lotus 33 looks beautiful up close. A great 1hour tour
Incredible collection of trophy, thé History of Jim Clark is well explained with many panels or vidéos (some interactive screens with différents stories)
Amazing experience if you’re a Motorsport fan (and obviously of Clark). Small but packed museum with a few cars on display that apparently change every so often. Only recommendation is that the video room wasn’t separated from the rest of the museum and was hard to hear with others walking around. Would recommend!
Lovely little place! Friendly staff. Was told they will be extending the museum out the back. Well worth a visit
